Profile management

1. Go to Settings > Account in the portal.
2. Here you can update your name, email address, and avatar.
3. Set your preferred language (Dutch or English). This determines the language of the portal.

Security

We recommend securing your account with additional protection. Several options are available.

Two-factor authentication (MFA)

1. Go to Settings > Security.
2. Enable Two-factor authentication.
3. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
4. Enter the verification code to activate MFA.

After activation, you will be asked for a verification code each time you log in.

Passkeys

Passkeys provide passwordless sign-in using your device (fingerprint, face recognition, or device PIN).

1. Go to Settings > Security.
2. Click Add passkey and follow the instructions from your browser.

Active sessions

Under Settings > Security you can view your active sessions. Here you can see which devices you are signed in on and end sessions you don't recognize.
